The Wahaca Mule

A sip of our Wahaca Mule (Our twist on the Moscovite classic) will transport you directly to Mexico’s Pacific coast, even in the heights of an international lockdown. 


35ml Blanco Tequila​
125ml Ginger beer​
20ml fresh lime juice​
5ml Vanilla syrup​
Garnish: Lime wedge + Angostura bitters

For the Vanilla syrup

​250ml water​
250g caster sugar​
1 tbs vanilla extract ​


Take a tall glass, add a scoop of cubed ice and pour each of the ingredients over the ice to build your finished drink.

Garnish with a lime wedge and a few drops of angostura bitters.

Sit back and sip away your worries.
