As part of the tastiest festival menu EVER, our very own Thomasina Miers is hosting a 2-day, pop-up, 3-courser down at this Friday and Saturday’s Chilli Chilli Bang Bang festival in Dalston Yard. And it’s sounding super tasty.
The specially created festival menu of an aguachile, lamb barbacoa and chilli chocolates is inspired by recipes and chilli tips in Tommi’s new book all about cooking with our favourite fiery fruit, Chilli Notes. It’s speckled with a handful of different chilli varieties including habaneros, anchos, pasillas and jalapeños, but promises to warm the heart, not burn the tongue. The 3 courses will be cooled down with a Smoking Paloma mezcal cocktail served from the Wahaca tuk tuk bar.
