Our newest special is the perfect balance of zinging chorizo and melted cheese-laden joy and it’s had Tommi in raptures of excitement since we first cooked it up after returning from a recent trip to Mexico City.
Our chorizo for this bad boy comes from the award winning artisan British charcuterie maker Trealy Farm, taking three weeks to cure, it’s made from British free range pork in Monmouthshire.
We add this delicious chorizo to a toasted corn tortilla with melted cheese, sweet roasted red onions and fresh avocado salsa, a tasty parcel that will just melt in your mouth.
